Me and my roommate share a bedroom together to save money. The apartment complex we chose came pre-furnished with two beds already, which was perfect. It gave me complete hotel vibes. The mirror closet doors added a perfect touch. We get natural light and the room seems a lot brighter with the mirrors reflecting the light as well. For us personally, the bedroom was big enough space for the two of us.

I had an overall amazing experience staying at the Kapi residence in California. My room was very clean and had plenty of space. All the staff including cleaning staff were extremely friendly and did a great job at making me feel welcome. For the price the room was large and even came with a TV which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great and all worked perfectly. The place was quiet as well which was a bonus. Leasing was extremely flexible as well as fortunately you don’t have to sign a year long lease unlike most other places. If you’re thinking about staying here stop hesitating and just do it - you won’t regret it!

My two roommates and I were looking at this other place and we were about to pay our deposit when the landlord told us he had just leased it to another family. We thought we were screwed, but luckily found this place. The apartment that we looked at had a large living room space. This place was so much better than the one we were looking at so lowkey it worked out. There is a little balcony area too. We’ve had friends come over and never received a noise complaint.

During my stay at Kapi residence in their Irvine location, I can’t say I left happy. When I first got there, the apartment didn’t looked as well as advertised. The carpet was dirty and the plumbing system was terrible. In the 3 months I stayed, I had to call Kapi to repair the toilet a couple of times and had huge cockroaches in the first week. The furniture seemed very used and the only good thing that I liked was the tv. I was fine not getting a great apartment, but what bothered me was the hidden move out fee. In my move out, all five of my roommates were charged a $100 cleaning fee each. $95 restoration fee when I got apartment as seen in the pictures. Also expect to always get extra charges for over-usage of utilities. I tried to communicate with Kapi to see if they could waive the $95, but they said no. In addition the move out fees will be taken out of your deposit. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless it was your last choice. You can the judge with the pictures provided.

I would highly recommend Kapi for any students seeking housing. They were the most affordable within the area with great amenities provided. It is fully furnished with everything you can need so moving in was easy. Everything in the building was new as well. The clean kitchen was well kept with a brand new refrigerator with enough space for all the food I would buy. The spacious apartment was also great for studying with my friends. I loved it all around and would rent again if the opportunity ever came up!

100% recommend Kapi residences for students or anyone in need of affordable living space. It is worth your money and the staff are great. I can tell that they truly enjoy working with each other. The location in Irvine is insanely convenient, super close to the 405 allowing for easy access to tons of attractions. My unit had a very large living space that had a lot of natural light. The space was very easy to maintain and clean. Had a great experience with the property manager who was always very attentive and helpful. Amenities are very clean and convenient and I got a lot of use of of them. Neighbors and neighborhood is very safe and friendly- great living environment. Cleaning staff is great and does a fantastic cleaning job. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a great experience here. The rooms were large and it came furnished. I did not expect to find a place furnished, so this definitely cut back on a lot of my expenses. I did not have any problems with noise control either. I initially signed for a year lease but just extended it.
